Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership Development
- Design and implement a comprehensive global human resource development roadmap
- Collaborate with the talent department head to develop a leadership pipeline in alignment with mid- and long-term business plans
- Establish and refine a competency model for global leaders
- Program Management
- Lead and continuously improve flagship leadership acceleration programs for top-tier talent
- Partner with regional and global HR stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions
- Develop, monitor, and report on key learning indicators to assess program effectiveness
- Organizational Development
- Drive organizational development initiatives that build sustainable leadership capacity
- Support the ongoing transformation and capability enhancement of the company’s talent management group
- Culture & Learning Advocacy
- Champion a continuous learning culture, promoting knowledge sharing and voluntary learning across the global workforce
- Build and maintain effective learning platforms and high-impact content
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with senior management, HR business partners, and global talent partners to ensure alignment and excellence in execution
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:- Proven experience in designing and managing talent development programs on a regional or global scale
- Practical expertise in various learning modalities (in-person, remote, hybrid, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of current leadership development principles and tools (e.g., leadership assessments, psychometrics, competency frameworks, instructional design)
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- High data literacy and the ability to drive decisions with data
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Flexibility, strong ownership, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Experience in HR technology or people analytics
- Familiarity with coaching methodologies and psychometric assessment tools
- Collaborative team player with strong independent thinking, planning, and execution capabilities
