As the HRBP for the Business team, you will work closely with the COO to build and scale foundational HR and organizational development functions. - Design and execute HR strategies that align with business goals
- Partner with business leaders to create efficient and scalable organizational structures
- Lead mid-career recruitment efforts for the Business division

Must-Have:
- 3+ years in mid-career hiring (30+ hires annually) or HRBP/organizational development
