A leading global technology group is seeking an experienced Performance Management Professional to join its Corporate Human Resources function. This role sits at the heart of the company’s organizational transformation, designing and improving performance management systems and processes that impact over 50,000 employees worldwide. The position offers the opportunity to work on dynamic, group-wide HR initiatives and to contribute to the ongoing shift toward job-based talent management in a changing business environment.
About the Role
This position is part of the Organizational & Talent Development Division, which serves as an expert group within HR. The division is responsible for designing and managing HR systems and processes that support the entire global group. Within the Executive HR & Performance Management Group, this role focuses on creating, improving, and deploying performance management frameworks and driving related projects across domestic and international operations.
While this is an individual contributor role without direct people management responsibilities, you will lead cross-functional project teams, supervising and guiding team members to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance the performance management structure that underpins job-based talent management across the group.
- Lead initiatives to introduce and embed performance management processes in domestic group companies.
- Align and harmonize performance management processes with overseas subsidiaries for global integration.
- Drive and lead related HR projects, such as strengthening people management capabilities, working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert in performance management while collaborating with other HR experts across disciplines.
Requirements
For Senior Professional Level (Director equivalent):
Must-Have:
- At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Planning, designing, and implementing HR systems and processes.
- Serving as an HR Business Partner.
- English proficiency sufficient for business communication.
Nice-to-Have:
- Direct experience in planning or operating performance management systems in a corporate HR or HRBP role.
- Proven ability to communicate and engage with executive-level stakeholders.
For Professional Level (Manager equivalent):
Must-Have:
- At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Planning, designing, and implementing HR systems and processes.
- Serving as an HR Business Partner.
- English proficiency sufficient for business communication.
Nice-to-Have:
- Direct experience in planning or operating performance management systems in a corporate HR or HRBP role.
- Proven ability to communicate and engage with executive-level stakeholders.
