Our client, a leading organization undergoing transformative growth, is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Professional to support the design, implementation, and operation of a job-based compensation system. About the RoleAs part of the Corporate Human Resources and Organization Development Division, this role focuses on compensation system development aligned with a job grading system. The successful candidate will be involved in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth system implementation and ongoing operations.
The position covers the end-to-end process of compensation system design and operation, including:
- Planning, designing, and implementing a job-based compensation system
- Leading discussions and aligning with management, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and other HR functions
- Collaborating with external partners to build operational workflows and troubleshoot system issues
- Providing guidance and insight to leadership and HR teams on compensation matters
- Supporting cross-functional HR initiatives and contributing to broader organizational development goals
- 3+ years of experience in compensation system design at a company, or
- 2+ years of consulting experience in compensation system design
- Experience in HRBP or other Centers of Excellence (CoE)
- Strong consultation and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Business-level English
- Flexibility, neutrality in managing change, and ability to deliver timely results
