Our client is a leading provider of software solutions in the hospitality industry.
They facilitate seamless connectivity between hotel operations, corporate centers, and suppliers, driving efficiency and cost savings for their clients.
With its growing presence globally, specifically in the Asia-Pacific, they are looking to expand in Japan.
The main goal is to ensure a successful platform launch, followed by the development and implementation of operational strategies, management of key accounts, oversight of financial resources, monitoring of departmental performance, resolution of operational challenges, compliance with regulations and policies, and reporting of operational results to senior management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage key customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and track satisfaction for growth.
- Efficiently manage resources, including support services and finances, for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic plans considering market conditions and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensure compliance, lead teams, and monitor performance for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management
- Experience in SaaS applications for hospitality is preferred
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese and English
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
