About the Role
The position is responsible for the daily leadership of a regional Global HR Operations (GHRO) team, supporting employees, managers, and HR partners with HR services and processes. The role focuses on achieving high service levels, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with cross-regional leadership to implement strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Regional Operations
- Oversee daily activities of the GHRO team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolve client issues.
- Allocate work effectively based on staffing levels, skills, and priorities, including cross-regional coordination.
- Provide direct support and manage escalations for complex, time-sensitive, or confidential HR matters.
- Develop team members’ knowledge and capabilities through coaching and training on systems, processes, and enterprise practices.
- Foster a healthy, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Strategy Development and Execution
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in service delivery, cost efficiency, and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance through audits and drive corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders on operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Leverage technology to streamline operations and enhance the GHRO community.
- Lead and contribute to enterprise-level projects.
Team Development and Community Building
- Model and promote organizational values, fostering engagement and a strong sense of community within GHRO.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience or functional HR expertise.
- Proven experience in HR Operations or a similar environment.
- Experience managing teams through organizational and operational change.
- Previous experience in a large, dynamic, and fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
