About the Role
The company is hiring a Manager to lead the General Affairs and IT team, who will serve as the organization's Information Security Officer. This player-manager role is crucial for driving company-wide information management and infrastructure readiness. The position involves direct oversight of existing team members (currently two in IT and one in General Affairs), strategic planning, and hands-on execution of IT security and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
IT and Security Management
- Develop and refine company-wide information security and internal policies
- Lead implementation and operation of security measures and SaaS platforms
- Design, construct, and maintain internal networks and servers (e.g., VPN, UTM, VLAN, file servers, LDAP)
- Manage operational maintenance and troubleshooting of network systems
- Handle internal tech support and Q&A services
General Affairs Administration
- Plan and manage information asset control systems
- Oversee hardware asset and license management (e.g., PCs, smartphones)
- Improve workflow processes and internal approval systems
- Administer and optimize business insurance policies
- Maintain and improve office facilities (both physical and digital aspects)
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor the General Affairs and IT team
- Lead as a hands-on manager, supporting team execution as needed
- Drive cross-functional initiatives related to IPO preparation and organizational growth
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience within IT or administrative departments
- Proven experience in planning or executing cross-company projects
- Deep understanding of network/server design and deployment (VPN, UTM, VLAN, file servers, LDAP, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience in administrative roles within listed companies
- Background working at startups or mid-sized companies (approx. 50–100 employees)
- Hands-on experience with CSIRT or SOC set-up
- Practical experience in general affairs operations such as office or asset management
- Previous work as a systems architect or tech lead
