INTRODUCTION:

Join our team as the Vice President of the Sales & Alliance Marketing Department based in Kansai, Japan.

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives to drive sales and forge partnerships within the travel industry, both domestically and internationally.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Vice President of Sales & Alliance Marketing, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute sales channel strategies and alliance partnerships.

You will leverage market insights to align these strategies with overarching marketing plans. Additionally, you will oversee and enhance team performance across domestic and international sales, group sales, and partnership initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Develop sales channel strategies and alliance partnerships based on market insights.

• Enhance team performance across domestic and international sales, group sales, and partnerships.

• Foster strong relationships within the travel industry to drive strategic growth.


SALES:


• Manage operations of the web ticket store, enhancing digital guest experiences with UDX Digital and Technology.

• Drive joint promotions with hotels, travel agencies, and transportation companies domestically and internationally.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Budget oversight.

• Lead a team of over 40 professionals.

• Strengthen organizational capabilities for future growth.


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:


• Experience in strategic planning and executing marketing plans.

• Strong negotiation skills for B2B interactions.

• Proven project management ability.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in English and Japanese.
