About the Role
The AML/CFT Officer will play a key role in monitoring, risk assessment, transaction review, and regulatory compliance initiatives across the organization. The position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, operations, compliance teams, and regulatory authorities to enhance the company’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing framework.

Responsibilities
- Conduct transaction monitoring activities and prepare internal reporting
- Analyze suspicious transactions and support the preparation of regulatory filings and documentation
- Respond to AML/CFT-related inquiries from internal departments and affiliated entities
- Maintain and improve internal policies, procedures, and operational manuals
- Perform AML/CFT risk assessments and update risk evaluation documentation
- Plan and deliver internal AML/CFT training programs
- Support communications and reporting to regulators and industry bodies
- Conduct ongoing customer due diligence and periodic reviews
- Review inbound and outbound digital asset transactions in line with travel rule requirements
- Support initiatives to enhance transaction monitoring and filtering processes
- Research regulatory developments and respond to requests from authorities and industry organizations
- Assist with regulatory inspections and audits
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a digital asset business, securities firm, or banking institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, AML/CFT, or financial crime-related functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience improving processes in evolving or less-structured environments
- Experience managing workflows or cross-functional projects
- Relevant certifications such as CAMS, CFT, CIA, or CISA
- Business-level English communication skills
