Our client is a leading global investment management firm seeking an experienced Technology Support professional to join its Infrastructure and End-User Services team. This role offers the opportunity to support a fast-paced, business-critical environment while delivering a premium user experience to both employees and senior stakeholders.


 About the Role

This position focuses on providing advanced desktop, collaboration, and workplace technology support across the organization. Acting as a key point of contact for technology-related issues, the successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a customer-centric mindset to ensure a seamless user experience and continuous improvement of technology services.


Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced end-user support for hardware, software, collaboration tools, and workplace technologies.
  • Deliver high-touch support to senior stakeholders and business users.
  • Support meeting rooms, audio-visual systems, conferencing technologies, and event-related technology requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across desktop, mobile, and workplace environments.
  • Maintain technology documentation, knowledge bases, and inventory records.
  • Identify recurring issues and drive long-term process and infrastructure improvements.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and support teams on projects, upgrades, and service enhancements.
  • Assist with technology rollouts, installations, migrations, and other operational initiatives.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure services, or end-user technology environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop technologies, collaboration platforms, audio-visual systems, networking fundamentals, and mobile devices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration and meeting technologies.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Experience documenting procedures and supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with IT service management best practices and structured support environments.
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
