As the CFO candidate, you will work closely with the CEO to establish and execute the company’s growth strategy. The position involves developing business plans, managing communication with investors, and driving fundraising efforts. In addition, you will oversee financial analysis, business plan creation (FP&A), and financial strategy development. The role will allow you to take ownership of the company’s financial management and contribute to its strategic direction as it grows internationally.

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop the company’s growth and financial strategies.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including negotiations with investors and securing both equity and debt financing.
• Oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive the development and execution of long-term financial strategies to support business growth and expansion.
• Lead and manage all financial operations, providing strategic direction on investments and financial decisions.
• Work with a small, dynamic team to implement financial strategies that align with the company's vision for global expansion.

• Experience in portfolio strategy development and business plan creation.
• Previous involvement in the development of company-wide strategic business plans.
• Experience in financial management or equivalent positions within startups, venture capital, or private equity.
• Strong background in investment banking, PE funds, or securities firms.
• Experience leading a company as a member of the executive team.
• Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Experience in investment banking or international financial institutions, as well as experience in operating in business environments.
• Experience with IPO processes is a plus.
