About the Role – Chief Product Officer (CPO) Candidate

This executive track role offers the chance to lead product vision and execution at a pivotal moment of growth. The CPO will work closely with senior leadership to build the product roadmap, scale the PM organization, and ensure tight alignment between customer needs and platform evolution.

Core responsibilities include :

  • Defining long-term product vision and roadmap
  • Leading product discovery , market research, and feature planning
  • Driving the PDCA cycle for high-impact product releases
  • Managing cross-functional execution across design, engineering, and business teams
  • Structuring the product organization and mentoring PMs
  • Acting as the voice of the user, informed by data and direct feedback
