Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Executive to join a leading professional services team specializing in M&A-related insurance and advisory solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, including investment banks, law firms, private equity funds, and large corporations, on complex and high-profile transactions.
About the Role
The Client Executive will hold a Vice President-level position (equivalent to Manager–Senior Manager) and play a pivotal role in driving new business development and managing key client relationships. The role involves promoting and arranging M&A-related insurance programs, offering post-acquisition insurance solutions, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new client relationships with investment banks, law firms, private equity funds, and corporate clients.
- Lead the promotion and arrangement of M&A-related insurance contracts and other insurance services.
- Propose and implement post-acquisition insurance programs.
- Prepare insurance due diligence reports to support client transactions.
- Collaborate and negotiate with internal teams, group companies, and external insurance providers to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adopt innovative approaches in client service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate insurance sales (experience in commercial lines preferred).
- Practical experience in M&A advisory within investment banking or professional services firms.
- Business-level English proficiency (team communication is primarily in English).
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High commercial awareness and sales mindset, capable of engaging with law firms, investment banks, PE funds, and large enterprises.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across domestic and international teams.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to manage a variety of projects across industries and geographies.
