We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading global financial services organization in Tokyo.  About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, including web, CRM, social media, and data analytics. You will manage integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, working closely with internal stakeholders and international teams. Your focus will be on delivering data-driven marketing programs that support strategic objectives and drive measurable business outcomes.


Responsibilities


Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline touchpoints, ensuring integrated planning, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Drive data-driven marketing programs using analytics insights.
  • Operate CRM initiatives through SaaS platforms.

Web & Content Experience

  • Manage and enhance the company website, including content planning, UX/UI improvements, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee social media operations, including content creation, production direction, and performance tracking.

Analytics & Insights

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify insights and inform strategy.
  • Monitor digital channel performance and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Content Marketing, Compliance, and other teams to drive integrated initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional and global projects, aligning with international best practices.
  • Coordinate communications and project management with overseas marketing teams.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, methodologies, and industry trends.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms.
  • Practical experience managing websites, including basic SEO knowledge.
  • Experience in social media management and content direction.
  • Proficiency with CRM/SaaS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Seismic, or similar).
  • Proven track record of executing and optimizing marketing initiatives using data insights.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with global teams.
  • Japanese: Native level; English: Business level or above.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing experience in financial or asset management sectors.
  • Experience managing digital marketing teams or large-scale initiatives.
