About the Role
In this role, you will report to the global HR leadership team, serving as a critical link between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal functions. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7+ years specifically leading complex HR and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Domain Expertise: Expert-level knowledge across HR functions, including talent management, compensation, workforce planning, and HR operations.
- Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms, HR technology ecosystems, and modern project management tools.
- Global Fluency: Proven effectiveness operating in a global, matrixed environment across multiple time zones and diverse cultures.
