About the Role
The Associate / Lead Associate in the Employee Experience practice will focus on employee engagement surveys and related projects that enhance overall employee experience. Working under the guidance of project managers, this role involves supporting the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of engagement surveys while collaborating with global teams.
In addition to surveys, the role provides exposure to broader employee experience initiatives, including organizational change programs, leadership development, communication strategies, and talent assessment. This position offers hands-on consulting experience and the opportunity to lead specific project components as expertise grows.
Responsibilities
Project & Client Management
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to manage survey projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Support day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, task tracking, and communication with global teams.
- Address client inquiries promptly and maintain strong relationships through accurate and efficient responses.
Survey & Data Analysis
- Assist in configuring survey platforms and administering surveys.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and prepare reports and presentations for client workshops.
- Contribute to action planning and workshops to support client decision-making.
Collaboration & Excellence
- Work collaboratively with project managers and team members, respecting timelines and quality standards.
- Share knowledge within the team and actively participate in discussions for process improvements.
- Uphold professional standards and adhere to quality assurance policies.
Requirements
Essential
- Strong interest in employee engagement, employee experience, and HR consulting.
- Experience in organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to produce clear documentation.
Desirable
- Some project management experience (6 months–3 years) in a professional setting.
- Basic understanding or exposure to ERP or SaaS platforms related to HR processes.
- Prior consulting experience in human capital, organizational development, or employee experience projects.
