Requirements
- MUST:
- At least 5 years of proposal-based sales experience.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and quotas.
- WANT:
- Experience managing a sales team focused on services or products.
- Strong ability to quickly update knowledge and skills to stay ahead in the industry.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and solution sales skills to facilitate smooth customer communication.
- Background in direct sales to senior management and C-level decision-makers.
- Experience selling back-office SaaS solutions.
- A consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, regardless of industry.
