About the Role

This role is dedicated to planning and implementing HR strategies that align with management objectives and business expansion. As the first specialist in HR planning within the team, you will have the opportunity to design and refine core people systems while working closely with leadership. This is a unique chance to contribute to organizational development in a fast-paced, innovative industry.

Responsibilities

  • Plan HR strategies in line with management and business goals
  • Design, implement, and revise personnel systems (evaluation, compensation, ranking)
  • Develop HR programs, career paths, and talent management frameworks
  • Analyze organizational performance, identify challenges, and recommend improvements
  • Promote company mission and values across the organization
  • Explore initiatives such as employee benefits expansion and retirement programs (e.g., 401k introduction)

Requirements

Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR system planning and operations
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including management
Preferred:
  • Experience in organizations during a scaling phase (200 to 500+ employees)
  • HRBP experience or exposure to multiple HR functions (recruitment, labor, system planning)
  • Background in tech-driven industries
  • Knowledge of organizational and talent development
