Summary:
This senior HR position at the HR Manager level involves managing one HR staff member and directing strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement organizational development strategies, leveraging external resources.
• Lead mid-career recruitment efforts, including agent management and referral recruitment promotion.
• Manage all aspects of labor management, including attendance, payroll, social insurance, and labor agreement renewals.
• Oversee performance evaluations, including semi-annual reviews.
• Direct global HR operations, including support for UK subsidiary employees and visa management for new foreign hires.
• Formulate recruitment strategies, create budgets, and monitor budgetary performance.
• Present organizational challenges and recommendations to senior management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of HR experience, with managerial responsibilities.
• Alignment with our client’s mission and vision.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese.
Preferred:
• Experience in management roles within venture or business companies.
• High proficiency in English (TOEIC 940, IELTS 7.5 equivalent).
