 About the Role

This is an Investment Management / Operations position within the corporate venture capital team. The role focuses on supporting investment execution, portfolio monitoring, valuation, risk management, and operational oversight across investment entities and funds.

The team is lean, international, and highly collaborative, offering broad exposure across the investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support investment execution and operational processes
• Monitor portfolio companies and assist with investment evaluations
• Review financial statements and conduct quarterly valuations
• Support portfolio risk management and governance activities
• Manage operational matters related to funds and investment entities
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal coordination

Requirements

Required

• Experience in finance, accounting, investment management, internal controls, or operations within financial institutions, consulting, audit, or corporate environments
• Ability to analyze financial statements
• Strong Excel skills
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English

Preferred

• Experience in VC, CVC, PE, or investment-related operations
• Exposure to fund administration, SPV management, or valuation processes
• Understanding of accounting or audit frameworks
