Junior Product Manager, Private Credit

Introduction:

We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious professional to join our Investment Advisory team as a Strategy (Product) Specialist. This role provides exposure to domestic and international private credit strategies and broader alternative investment activities, working closely with institutional investors and asset managers.


About the Role:

The Strategy (Product) Specialist will be responsible for research and product management activities focused on private credit strategies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to design, monitor, and manage investment products, while supporting other alternative investment initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive individual eager to contribute to team growth and client success.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and monitoring of domestic and international private credit strategies.
  • Develop and propose investment products primarily to pension funds and financial institutions.
  • Perform fund research, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring for credit strategies, including reporting to existing clients.
  • Prepare investor presentations and reports.
  • Analyze global credit markets and trends.
  • Support other alternative investment activities as needed.


Requirements:

  • Experience investing in or monitoring alternative investment strategies and proposing products to investors.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and high motivation for personal growth.
  • Proactive approach to research, reporting, and operational tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain ideas logically and build trust with asset managers and investors.
  • Client-focused mindset and commitment to team and company growth.
  • Basic knowledge of fund investments.
  • Preferred: experience with private debt or credit fund investments, and/or securities analyst qualifications (CMA, CFA, CAIA).
  • Business-level English (equivalent to TOEIC 850+), capable of negotiating and discussing with overseas asset managers.
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate functions), Word, PowerPoint (presentation creation), and Outlook. Ability to propose system improvements for operational efficiency is a plus.
