Responsibilities
- Idea Development
- Generate and evaluate new product opportunities.
- Conduct market research and customer discovery to validate needs and business potential.
- Prioritize concepts for early-stage testing in partnership with stakeholders.
- Testing & Experimentation
- Oversee the creation and launch of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
- Manage customer tests, analyze behavioral data, and refine solutions through rapid iteration.
- Evaluation & Scaling
- Assess MVP performance against success metrics such as engagement, adoption, and monetization.
- Make clear decisions on whether to stop, iterate, or prepare an idea for scaling.
- Shape initial go-to-market strategies for validated opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with proven track record in 0→1 launches.
- Skilled in customer discovery, rapid prototyping, and data-led decision making.
- Experience working in structured innovation or venture-building environments.
- Business fluency in both English and Japanese, with strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to manage uncertainty and fast-changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Domain familiarity in technology-driven industries such as telecommunications, entertainment, gaming, or fintech is advantageous.
