Introduction

A global leader in advanced manufacturing is seeking a Project Talent Acquisition Partner – APAC for a 4–6 month contingent assignment. With a footprint across industries such as semiconductors, automotive, medical devices, and energy, the organization is focused on building a best-in-class recruitment function that supports innovation and sustainable growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for process design, regional strategy, and stakeholder collaboration in an international context.


About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of global talent acquisition processes within the APAC region, with a particular focus on mid-career recruitment. Working closely with global and regional HR and HRIS teams, the TA Partner will play a critical role in aligning APAC recruitment practices with global standards, enhancing systems and workflows, and strengthening the organization’s employer brand across the region.


Responsibilities

Process Development & Documentation

  • Document global recruitment processes and assess necessary adaptations for the APAC region.
  • Develop a job advertising strategy tailored to mid-career professionals in APAC.
  • Collaborate with HRIS to finalize recruitment process workflows in Workday.
  • Ensure offer letter workflows are compliant with regional standards and aligned with global practices.

Technology & Job Board Integration

  • Research and propose region-specific job board integrations to improve reach and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Support the alignment of global recruitment technologies with APAC-specific needs.

Employer Branding & EVP Strategy

  • Work with HR to define and refine an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for the APAC region.
  • Analyze talent market trends to ensure the employer brand resonates with local audiences.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as a connector between global Talent Acquisition, HR, and HRIS teams to ensure process consistency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize APAC recruitment effectiveness.
  • Partner with hiring managers and local HR teams to implement talent attraction best practices.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably in regional or global roles.
  • Strong background in recruitment process design and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience with APAC job board integration and recruitment across markets such as Japan.
  • Expertise in mid-career hiring and employer branding in the APAC region.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across global and regional teams.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and local recruitment practices across APAC.
