About the Role

As a Sales Solution Consultant Senior , you will act as a strategic advisor during the pre-sales process, leveraging your deep expertise in commercial lending and technology to guide prospects through the solution evaluation journey. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll help identify client needs, deliver compelling demonstrations, and design end-to-end solutions tailored to customer environments and business goals.


Responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that differentiate the company’s offerings.
  • Uncover client requirements and assess product fit while identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Design and present solution architectures, conduct demonstrations, and deliver proof-of-concept presentations to business users and C-level executives.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs with clarity and precision.
  • Drive business development by shaping go-to-market strategies and expanding the solution portfolio.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical solution designs that integrate into clients’ IT environments, including hardware/software considerations and potential customizations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by engaging with regulatory bodies, publications, and sector stakeholders.
  • Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams and support other presales consultants.
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams and assist in smooth transitions to the professional services team.


Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and strong communication skills in English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business consulting, pre-sales, loan processing, credit analysis, or lending business applications.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lending processes and practices.
  • Proven ability to support sales teams and engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with the competitive landscape in financial technology solutions.
