The position is responsible for supervising all aspects of HR operations, including the formulation and implementation of enduring recruitment and talent development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the representative of HR, providing guidance to the business on policies related to people, driving change management efforts, and serving as an internal organizational coach and consultant.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to deploy HR solutions that align with people management strategies, promoting ongoing engagement and fostering a culture of high performance.
- Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of HR functions, encompassing workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and retention, compensation planning, and initiatives related to change management.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR best practices, processes, policies, and compliance with regulations.
- Work collaboratively with management on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, hiring decisions, and the review of job offers.
- Lead and facilitate activities related to talent management programs and implement company-wide engagement initiatives to foster a unified and positive work environment.
Job Requirements:
