About the Role
This position sits within the Financial Business Strategy Division and focuses on group-level strategy planning, business performance management, governance, and risk oversight across multiple financial subsidiaries.
The role offers exposure to senior management discussions and cross-functional strategic initiatives within a large and diversified financial platform.
Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of group-wide financial business strategies
- Evaluate and coordinate business plans across multiple subsidiaries
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Identify and promote synergies across financial businesses
- Support governance enhancement and risk management initiatives
- Assist with internal audit follow-up and operational oversight
- Monitor business performance and KPI tracking
- Prepare management reports and strategic presentations for leadership
Requirements
Required
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Experience within the financial industry, such as banking, securities, advisory, or corporate planning functions
Preferred
- MBA and/or CFA qualification
- Experience working within a holding company structure or diversified financial group
