About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic business plans, overseeing product lifecycle management, maximizing product value, engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and constructing national and international activation plans. This role demands a collaborative approach, working closely with sales, training, marketing, regulatory affairs, health economics, quality assurance, supply chain management, and safety and vigilance departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a Comprehensive Business Plan: Formulate a detailed business plan outlining objectives across long-term, mid-term, and short-term horizons. Ensure alignment with global and regional marketing strategies and synchronize these objectives with the sales and training divisions to fully realize sales potential.
- Measure Performance: Assess the performance of direct reports against success criteria and provide constructive feedback.
- Product Lifecycle Management and Product Launch Excellence: Oversee cross-functional teams to efficiently execute the change control process, manage product modifications according to a predefined schedule, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, and uphold the highest levels of product quality and safety.
- Maximize Product Value: Lead strategic initiatives to enhance the value proposition of our products. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure initiatives are well-integrated with sales strategies. Define clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain ongoing assessments to measure and improve the impact of these initiatives.
- Scientific Relations and KOL Engagement: Forge partnerships with medical affairs to substantiate our claims with solid evidence. Prioritize engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through scientific congresses, lectures, symposia, and research collaborations.
- National/International Activation Plan: Construct an annual activation strategy at the national scale while coordinating with the global marketing team to tap into international resources. This strategy should encompass targeted publicity, dissemination of information via congresses, meetings, promotional materials, and adherence to all pertinent domestic and international healthcare professional regulations and Fair Competition Codes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
