About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to take on a dual role spanning accounting and general administration. This position sits within the corporate administration function and plays a key role in supporting both financial operations and internal office management.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of accounting activities, including financial reporting and audit coordination, as well as hands-on involvement in general affairs and office operations.
Responsibilities
Accounting
- Prepare and review journal entries
- Support monthly financial close processes
- Assist with quarterly consolidated reporting to the parent organization
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
- Liaise with external tax advisors on corporate tax matters
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and related tasks
General Administration
- Maintain and improve the office environment
- Manage internal documentation and contracts
- Support overall administrative and general affairs functions
Requirements
Mandatory
- Relevant experience in accounting and finance
- Experience with corporate tax filing processes
Preferred
- Professional accounting qualification (or equivalent certification level)
- Partial completion of a professional tax or accounting certification
- Experience in management accounting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
