APAC Business Development Director

Our client is expanding its team to explore new business opportunities in the dynamic APAC region, and this role leads business development, providing a unique chance to contribute to regional growth.


Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and convert leads into new business opportunities within the APAC region, leveraging the existing global customer base and personal network.
  • Business Development Planning: Collaborate with senior management to analyze business trends and develop new services and distribution strategies. Leverage market knowledge to identify unique selling propositions, differentiators, and an effective go-to-market strategy.
  • Management & Research: Ensure the submission of precise weekly progress reports, maintain data integrity, and accurately input information into the company's CRM. Set and monitor sales targets, actively contribute to deal closures, and conduct comprehensive market research.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in 3PL (Distribution Logistics) focused Business Development in Japan
  • Experience in Distribution Logistics services business development
  • Proficient in driving business growth
  • Result-oriented, self-starting, and proactive individual.
  • Native-level Japanese and business English language proficiency are required.
