Currently, the CEO oversees the human resources domain, and our client seeks someone with extensive knowledge and experience to elevate our future human resources strategy.

They aim to strengthen the organization alongside business growth through strategic planning and execution to enhance productivity across the company.


About the role:

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will lead the planning and promotion of management strategies from an HR perspective, aligning them with short- and medium- to long-term business outcomes.

You will drive organizational design aimed at achieving the management plan, collaborating with the CEO and business division managers on growth plans, including succession planning.

This role focuses on human resources strategy and organizational development, integrating field feedback.


Responsibilities:

As an HR Manager candidate, you will spearhead high-level human capital management from an HR perspective, aiming to join the management team.

The team comprises 1 HR/General Affairs Manager, 1 Recruitment/Recruitment Operations Manager, 1 Labor Manager, and 1 General Affairs Manager.


• Integrate management and business strategies into organizational and HR strategies through roadmap design and promotion.

• Foster a corporate culture grounded in the company’s mission and code of conduct.

• Plan and execute human resource development strategies in collaboration with team managers, especially in middle management training and new member onboarding.

• Implement organization-wide engagement and motivation management.

• Design and implement evaluation systems and goal-setting mechanisms in collaboration with management.

• Plan and execute well-being HR management to enhance the organizational environment and increase employee motivation and engagement.

• Manage HR functions including recruitment, labor management, and training.


Required Skills

• Experience as an HRBP or HR Manager/Director at a major venture or major foreign IT company.


Preferred Skills

• Experience in formulating and revising HR systems during phases of business sales or organizational headcount doubling or more.

• Experience creating an organization as a business manager or HR manager in companies operating multiple phases of business or CHRO experience.

• Business management experience in the IT industry.

• HR strategy consulting experience.

• Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700 or above), with international communication skills.

• Practical experience in at least two of the following areas: recruitment, labor management, planning, organizational development, training, payroll, and systems.

• Strong communication skills are required for communication with management, as this will be a primary focus.
