Introduction

We are supporting a leading global wealth management platform in Singapore in the search for an experienced Client Advisor. This role is suited for a seasoned private banker or relationship manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality client experiences, growing long-term relationships, and managing risk within a highly regulated environment.


About the Role

The Client Advisor will be part of a Global Wealth Management team based in Singapore, responsible for managing, preserving, and growing client wealth. The role focuses on advisory-led relationship management, working closely with internal investment specialists to provide holistic solutions to high-net-worth clients and intermediaries. You will also play a key role in developing and expanding your own client book with clear, measurable outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and grow long-term client relationships, including collaboration with financial intermediaries such as external asset managers
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored wealth management solutions in partnership with internal investment and advisory teams
  • Develop and execute a structured plan to grow the client book, with clear asset and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including investor profiles and suitability documentation
  • Take a strategic, portfolio-level view of client investments and actively monitor portfolio quality and risk
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards


Requirements

  • Proven experience in private banking, relationship management, asset gathering, or investment advisory, ideally 5+ years in a client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore regulatory framework
  • Solid knowledge of Asia-Pacific financial markets and relevant regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client networks with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Resilient, collaborative team player with a strong service orientation
  • Comfortable leveraging digital tools and technology in client servicing
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese are an advantage
