As Country President, the incumbent will serve as the primary executive overseeing all facets of the company’s in-country operations. This includes strategic planning, commercial leadership, key account management, and coordination of functional teams. The role demands high collaboration with global leadership to ensure country-specific execution aligns with corporate priorities. A critical element of this position involves representing the organization externally with key stakeholders such as government bodies, customers, and industry partners.
- Develop and execute the country’s commercial strategy in partnership with senior global leadership.
- Drive market expansion by identifying growth opportunities, introducing new products, and managing channel partnerships.
- Lead strategic key account development across business units to ensure unified engagement and commercial success.
- Establish and meet annual revenue and profitability targets while ensuring superior customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
