About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing applications used to analyze the performance of investment products and associated services. This includes building and maintaining data pipelines, structuring a data warehouse, and enabling effective use of internal data. In addition, as part of the technology team, you will contribute to initiatives that promote AI integration and the broader adoption of data-driven approaches within the organization. The current focus includes migrating databases and analytical processes to modern cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications for performance analysis of investment-related data
• Build and manage data pipelines to support new data sources
• Structure and optimize data warehouses for internal use
• Support AI-related initiatives and facilitate adoption within the company
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement effective technology solutions
• Contribute to the ongoing modernization of data infrastructure

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Passed the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination
• 1–3 years of professional work experience
• Practical experience in system development (both waterfall and agile methodologies acceptable)
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and proactively acquire knowledge
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Alignment with the company’s corporate philosophy and commitment to contributing to its realization

Preferred:

• Academic background in mathematics, statistics, or related fields
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Development experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse technologies
• Knowledge of financial services
