About the Role

The Digital Territory Sales Representative is responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role combines strategic account management with proactive sales development, targeting both new and existing clients across enterprise and mid-market segments. You will play a key role in positioning the company’s technology solutions to meet customer needs and achieve ambitious sales objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
  • Engage in both inbound and outbound sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Lead territory account strategies and coordinate with internal teams and partners to drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business goals and technical challenges.
  • Present and negotiate proposals effectively across multiple organizational levels, including senior executives.
  • Forecast sales accurately and manage a healthy sales pipeline with regular status updates.
  • Collaborate with channel partners on joint sales initiatives and business development efforts.
  • Identify competitive threats and create strategies to mitigate them.
  • Partner with internal technical experts to design innovative solutions that strengthen the company’s market presence.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of direct sales experience in technology, software, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of how technology enables business transformation and addresses organizational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Fluency in Japanese and strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
