Your Impact: Key Responsibilities.
  • Drive Business Growth: Proactively develop and cultivate long-term, high-value client relationships.
  • Deliver Strategic Talent Solutions: Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert consultative executive search services.
  • Build a Robust Pipeline: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing to winning proposals and pitches.
  • Execute Complex Searches: Manage full end-to-end search delivery, ensuring exceptional results on high-value projects (12M-50M+ JPY).
  • Master Talent Sourcing: Demonstrate exceptional LinkedIn research and sourcing skills to identify top-tier candidates.
  • Establish Thought Leadership: Create impactful thought leadership articles and client presentations.
  • Optimize for Efficiency: Embrace technology and collaboration to consistently exceed daily goals.
  • Contribute to Strategic Planning: Actively participate in team meetings and forecasting calls.


Your Arsenal: Qualifications and Experience.
  • Degree qualification required.
  • Proven track record in executive search.
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of industry trends.
  • Exceptional talent identification and assessment skills.
  • Superior project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, G Suite, CRM software, and online databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Japanese communication skills (preferred).
  • IT, marketing, or project management experience (preferred).
