About the Role
The Associate / Lead Associate in the Employee Experience practice will primarily focus on projects related to employee engagement surveys and broader employee experience initiatives. Working under the guidance of project managers, the role involves supporting the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of engagement surveys, while ensuring smooth project delivery. The role also offers opportunities to participate in related projects, including organizational change programs, leadership development, communication support, and talent assessment.
This position is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in employee experience consulting and the chance to gradually lead parts of projects as they gain expertise.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Project Management
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage the planning and execution of engagement surveys.
- Support day-to-day project management, including scheduling, task tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
- Respond to client inquiries efficiently, collaborating with global teams as needed to provide accurate information.
Survey Execution & Analysis
- Assist with survey platform configuration, survey administration, and data collection.
- Analyze survey results and support the preparation of reports and presentations for clients.
- Contribute to workshops and action planning sessions to help clients develop improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Excellence
- Work closely with project managers and team members, respecting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Support internal knowledge sharing and contribute to discussions for process improvements and new initiatives.
- Maintain professional standards and adhere to quality assurance policies.
Requirements
Essential
- Strong interest in employee engagement, employee experience, and HR consulting.
- Experience in organizing, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Native-level Japanese; business-level English.
- Logical thinking, clear documentation skills, and ability to communicate insights effectively.
Desirable
- Some project management experience (6 months–3 years) in relevant areas.
- Familiarity with ERP or SaaS platforms related to HR processes.
- Prior consulting experience in human capital, organizational development, or employee experience projects.
