About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in addressing client business management issues by offering tailored solutions. Your work will involve understanding the client’s needs better than they can themselves and delivering solutions that are rooted in appropriate business management systems, data, and recommendations.

The company is in a growth phase and aims to achieve triple growth over the next two years, followed by double growth in the subsequent three years. The team consists of experienced sales professionals who specialize in enterprise-level sales, and your role will contribute to expanding the reach to new market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Account Planning: Develop various account strategies for leads provided by inside sales teams.
  • Client Meetings: Engage with prospects from the first business meeting through to securing an order, ensuring effective follow-up throughout the process.
  • Identify Client Needs: Understand the client's business challenges and identify the solutions that address their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the pre-sales team to resolve any technical system issues the client may face.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Data-driven Proposals: Utilize data to propose solutions for clients based on their unique business models, industries, and stages of development.
  • Management Solutions: Focus on addressing management issues, particularly those related to management figures, which are the core of client challenges.

Requirements

  • Must-have:
  • Proven track record of achieving strong sales results (recognized by peers for achieving great results).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales role.
  • Preferred:
  • Ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and solution sales skills.
  • Previous experience in direct sales to senior management or decision-makers.
  • Experience in selling back-office SaaS solutions.
  • Consistently met or exceeded sales targets across various industries.
