About the Role:
As a Generative AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing advanced AI chat applications for enterprise use. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing product architecture, researching and integrating the latest technologies, and leading a diverse technical team that spans multiple roles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enterprise-level AI chat applications using generative AI models.
- Optimize product architecture and system integration to ensure performance and scalability.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, integrating them into our existing tech stack.
- Lead and mentor engineers in front-end, back-end, and AI roles, fostering technical growth and team cohesion.
- Manage and coordinate with team members both locally and internationally.
- Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of code quality and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in a technical role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and other web technologies.
- Expertise in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java).
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres/MySQL.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Fluent in Japanese or English, with business-level proficiency in the other language.
