- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR and talent matters.
- Talent Acquisition & Development
- Partner with global and domestic teams to attract, onboard, and retain international talent.
- Lead performance management and career development programs for international staff.

- Design and oversee compensation and benefits policies that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with Japanese labor laws.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Foster a people-first culture through proactive engagement and conflict resolution.
- Serve as the primary liaison for international employee relations.
- Cross-Cultural Integration
- Develop training and programs that promote cross-cultural collaboration and understanding.
- Global Mobility
- Manage relocation, expatriation, and repatriation programs to ensure seamless transitions and robust employee support.
- Compliance
- Monitor international labor regulations and ensure ongoing compliance across HR functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an international HR capacity
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws and international HR compliance
- Proven ability to lead and influence diverse, multicultural teams
- Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese is essential
- Demonstrated experience in change management and strategic HR program execution
