  • Promote culture change and employee engagement, tackling issues such as overwork, low morale, and leadership challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and line managers, offering solutions on performance, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with COE and HR Operations teams to ensure consistent and effective HR delivery.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, focusing on improving awareness and representation across the organization.
  • Support M&A integration, restructuring, and other strategic people initiatives.
  • Foster open communication and trust across teams and business units.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of HR experience, including substantial HRBP or business-facing HR roles.
  • Proven success in driving HR transformation and culture change in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of Japanese labor law, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Business-level English proficiency; experience working in global or matrixed environments preferred.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative working style with high ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; HR-related certifications or postgraduate qualifications a plus.

Why Apply

  • Strategic Impact: Partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership to drive business performance.
  • Empowered Role: Freedom to propose and implement new initiatives that modernize HR practices.
  • Growth & Development: Be part of a globally respected organization with ambitious expansion plans to double its business in five years.
