About the Role
- Plan and run programs to identify and develop future executive leaders.
- Work directly with senior management through one-on-one sessions and workshops to improve leadership skills and solve organizational challenges.
- Partner with different group companies to align leadership assessments, succession planning, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement executive assessments that match company strategy.
- Define and track the leadership skills needed for senior roles.
- Support executives with coaching and tailored development plans.
- Ensure consistent HR and performance practices across group companies.
- Lead projects and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 5+ years’ experience in HR, organizational development, or talent management.
- Experience in project management or business promotion.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with stakeholders.
- Business-level English skills.
