About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and versatile Data & Automation Intern eager to apply a combination of analytical thinking, automation know-how, and practical problem-solving to real-world challenges. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, workflow automation, and the integration of AI-powered tools to optimize internal operations and build smarter solutions for our clients.
Whether you’re passionate about uncovering insights from data, streamlining repetitive tasks, or using emerging tools to improve efficiency, you’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team supported by experienced engineers and business professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Insights
- Collect, clean, and analyze internal and operational data to identify insights and improvement areas.
- Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making across teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to define meaningful KPIs and automate reporting pipelines.
- Support AI model development with data preparation and exploratory analysis.
Workflow Automation & Internal Tools
- Identify repetitive manual processes and design automated solutions using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Google Apps Script).
- Develop internal tools for project management, HR operations, content workflows, and more.
- Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into automation pipelines to streamline tasks.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of existing internal tools and workflows.
Optional: AI & Technical Integration (Preferred but Not Required)
- Exposure to or interest in JavaScript, Python, or APIs is a plus
- Familiarity with AI or ML tools (chatbots, NLP, or recommendation systems) is welcome but not essential
Qualifications
We welcome candidates with experience or interest in any of the following areas:
Data & Analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL is expected
- Experience with Python (pandas, NumPy) is a plus
- Understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly and effectively
Automation & Workflow Design
- Experience or strong interest in using tools like Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, or Replit
- Ability to map and optimize workflows using cloud-based platforms
- Bonus: Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Google Apps Script, JavaScript) for extended automation capabilities

- Strong written and verbal communication in English
