About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, implementing strategic plans, and expanding our customer base. You will play a key role in managing customer relationships and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of Lab Automation strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed annual sales targets within your assigned territory and accounts.
  • Strategic Execution: Implement strategic plans to reach sales goals and grow the customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop influential relationships across the business to ensure effective strategies for Lab Automation.


Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Over 10 years of experience in direct or outside sales, preferably with B2B experience.
  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in selling high-value medical devices such as MRI or CT equipment.
  • Solution Selling: Experience or understanding of solution-based selling.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex situations.
  • Sales Skills: Proficiency in engaging with C-suite executives and financial modeling.
