About the Role:
This position sits within the CIO Market Research Team and is responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis of assigned markets or regions. The role plays a critical part in forming investment insights, supporting client-facing teams, and generating strategic reports to guide investment decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct macroeconomic and market research for designated geographies or sectors
- Develop investment outlooks and formulate strategic insights
- Draft and present market reports, strategy papers, and client-facing materials
- Support internal sales teams and directly engage with clients to explain market views
- Contribute to the broader thought leadership of the CIO office
Requirements:
- For senior positions: approx. 10+ years of experience in market research, economic analysis, or strategy roles
- For junior to mid-level positions: 1–3+ years of relevant experience, or a strong academic/professional background in economic or market analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable insights
