We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives across a growing portfolio of medical devices. This critical role involves spearheading marketing efforts to drive market expansion, elevate brand presence, and oversee a dynamic team of product managers. Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals for disposable medical devices.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with sales teams to establish effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns—including digital, events, and conferences—to drive brand awareness and lead generation.


People Management & Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and support needed for success.
  • Provide regular coaching and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Set performance goals, monitor team progress, and conduct formal performance evaluations.


Budget Management
  • Oversee marketing budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor expenditures, track ROI, and report on financial performance of campaigns and initiatives.


Requirements


Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.


Experience
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in the healthcare or medical device industry, preferably with experience in disposable or single-use devices.
  • Proven capability in leading post-acquisition integration and brand alignment efforts.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and market dynamics.
