We are supporting a global investment management firm in the search for a talented Investment Product Analyst to join their Tokyo office. This position sits within the equities business development team and plays a key role in connecting investment expertise with client solutions across institutional and retail channels.

As an Investment Product Analyst , you will act as a product specialist, bridging communication between investment teams and clients. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining client-facing materials, supporting both existing relationships and new business development efforts. The role involves close collaboration with global colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the firm’s equity strategies are effectively represented in the market.

• Act as a product specialist with strong knowledge of equity strategies and portfolio holdings
• Develop and update quarterly review presentations and product materials
• Handle portfolio data and performance metrics to meet client reporting needs
• Support business development efforts through tailored proposals for prospective clients
• Provide ongoing servicing for existing institutional and retail clients
• Collaborate with global investment teams and product managers to ensure consistent messaging and insights
• Contribute to investment and product strategy initiatives, including limited involvement in fund execution

• Team-oriented and client-focused professional with a proactive mindset
• Basic understanding of capital markets, asset management, and investment products
• Familiarity with equity investment and risk analysis preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Skilled in preparing presentation decks, documentation, and responding to RFPs/RFIs
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Business-level to fluent English required
• Experience in equity investment and/or overseas work experience is a plus
