  • Ability to communicate and negotiate directly with overseas asset managers during due diligence and monitoring processes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with asset managers and investors; able to explain ideas logically and establish trust.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting team and company growth.
  • Proactive and positive approach to research, reporting, and other detailed tasks.
  • Able to motivate and influence the team by actively taking initiative in projects.
  • Business-level English (equivalent to TOEIC 850+) sufficient for communication, negotiation, and discussion with overseas asset managers.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including intermediate functions), Word, PowerPoint (presentation creation), and Outlook. Ability to propose system improvements to streamline operations is a plus.

Why Apply:

This role offers a unique opportunity to take a leading position in a growing investment advisory team focused on alternative assets. You will gain exposure to global private credit strategies, work closely with top-tier institutional clients, and contribute to developing innovative investment products and processes.
