Introduction

We are seeking a  Product Supervisor  to join a leading investment and consulting firm. This is a highly visible role that bridges investment product development, portfolio solutions, and governance functions, providing an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills and experience in asset management.


 About the Role

The Product Supervisor will work across  Consulting  and  Monitoring  teams, contributing to the development, management, and governance of investment products for individual and institutional clients. The role involves designing innovative portfolio solutions, evaluating product performance, and ensuring robust product governance across multi-asset and alternative investment portfolios.

Responsibilities

Consulting Team

  • Develop and manage investment advisory and discretionary investment mandates.
  • Design and oversee investment products and strategies for individual and institutional clients.
  • Generate innovative product ideas leveraging asset allocation (strategic and tactical) and fund selection capabilities.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners and external managers to structure and propose investment products.
  • Work with internal research and development teams to develop and commercialize new investment strategies.


Monitoring Team

  • Conduct quality control and enhance product governance for investment solutions.
  • Perform quantitative analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of multi-manager and single-asset portfolios.
  • Assess risks of underlying managers and investment products, including private and alternative assets.
  • Analyze portfolio construction and performance, proposing actionable measures to improve investment processes.
  • Apply global portfolio management practices to strengthen product governance and operational effectiveness.


Training & Development

  • Support and encourage proactive learning and skill development in new or unfamiliar areas.


Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Member of the national securities analysts association (CMA).
  • 5+ years of experience in mutual funds or asset management within a financial institution.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
  • Business-level English proficiency (e.g., TOEIC 700+).
  • Basic knowledge of domestic and international fund regulations and structures.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or VBA.
  • CFA qualification is a plus.
