About the Role
- Focus on lead qualification and outbound prospecting, helping move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads quickly and qualify their potential.
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and reach out proactively through calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Book and manage meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and support the optimization of outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily activity metrics and monthly/quarterly quotas.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or business development, ideally within enterprise SaaS.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
- Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Strong pre-call planning, objection handling, and qualification skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail and time management.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of supply chain or logistics industries is an advantage, though not required.
