About the Role

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key national accounts, with a primary focus on clients in the banking and financial industry. You will lead strategic sales initiatives, develop long-term account plans, and collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to deliver tailored technology solutions that align with customer goals and business priorities. s.


Responsibilities

  • Manage, retain, and expand relationships with existing national named accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned accounts, addressing both short- and long-term growth potential.
  • Proactively recognize and mitigate competitive threats in the market.
  • Lead account strategy and coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales support, engineering, and management.
  • Facilitate executive-level relationships between the customer, internal stakeholders, and key partners.
  • Define market strategies and sales objectives for each product and service within the account portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting through a deep understanding of sales cycles and effective use of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account profiles and organizational charts, reviewed quarterly with management.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with key partners to strengthen strategic alliances and expand business opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of direct sales experience with large enterprise or financial industry clients.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets in the IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS sectors.
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build and maintain C-level relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sales execution.
  • Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
